6.There will be 21 lucky winners of the prize draw:

• First: 1 x winner of the £4,000 Jet2holidays voucher.

7. The winners will be randomly selected through a computer-generated process.

8.The winners of the prize draw will be notified by email within 7 calendar days after the closing time for the prize draw. The winner of the Jet2holidays voucher will be notified by Jet2holidays. The winners of the Mitchells & Butlers Dining Out Gift Cards and Virgin Experience Day Gift Cards will be notified by Mitchells & Butlers’ prize draw administrator BlackHawk. We will try our best to contact the winners during the specified time. If a winner cannot be contacted or is not available, or if (in relation to the Virgin Experience Day Gift Card or Mitchells & Butlers Dining Out Gift Card prize) the email to the winner confirming their prize is rejected, we reserve the right to select another winner of the same prize from the valid/correct entries that were received.

9.The winner of the Jet2holiday voucher will be required to confirm acceptance of their prize within 5 calendar days of having been notified. If a winner has not claimed their prize by the date specified, we reserve the right to select another winner from the valid/correct entries that were received. Winners must have a valid email address to claim their prize.

10. For transparency we will generally publish the surname and county of prize winners online. However, if you are a winner and you object to us doing this or would like us to reduce the amount of information we publish, then please let us know when claiming your prize.

11. The first winner randomly selected will win a £4,000 Jet2holidays voucher.

Runner up prizes

(a) The next 10 randomly selected winners will each win a £100 Virgin Experience Days Out digital gift card together with a £100 Mitchells & Butlers Dining Out digital gift card, which will be subject to the Virgin Experience Days Digital Gift Card prize terms, and the Mitchells & Butlers Prize Terms respectively.

(b) The next 10 selected winners after that will each win a £100 Mitchells & Butlers Dining Out Digital Gift Card, which will be subject to the Mitchells & Butlers Prize Terms.

Holiday voucher prize terms

1.The winner will win a Jet2holidays voucher to the value of £4,000 (“the Prize”). Please note, it must be used by the winner on a new Jet2holidays booking, which for the avoidance of doubt includes standard Jet2holidays, Indulgent Escapes, Jet2Villas, VIBE and/or CityBreaks holidays. It cannot be used on an existing booking.

2. The Winner may book more than one holiday using the voucher but if doing so, the holiday bookings must be made at the same time. If the holiday booking(s) total more than the Prize value, the difference must be paid at the point of booking. Holiday booking(s) using the voucher must be made by 19th October 2026, and all travel must be completed by 31st October 2027.

3. The booking must be made via the Jet2holidays contact centre.

4. The voucher can be used in conjunction with any money off discount which is automatically applied to bookings on www.jet2holidays.com or the Jet2holidays app (subject to the terms of that promotion) but cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code. Optional extras may be added at the winner’s own expense. Any optional purchases or supplements are subject to the standard Jet2holidays or Jet2.com terms and conditions.

5. If any holiday booked by the winner with the Prize is cancelled for any reason and where that cancellation would entitle the customer to a refund in line with Jet2holidays’ terms and conditions, such a refund would be in the form of the payment method in which the holiday was paid for (which may be a combination of a voucher and cash).

6. Where the holiday is booked using the Prize, transfers to and from the airport in the UK are not included. No optional flight/board//transfer/accommodation supplements are included in the prize. Travel insurance is not included. Winners are advised to take out their own insurance.

7. Where the holiday booked using the Prize is equivalent or lower than the value of the voucher it shall be subject to these Prize Draw terms and conditions and the Jet2holidays' and Jet2.com's terms and conditions (together the "Terms and Conditions") which can be found at http://www.jet2holidays.com/terms-and-conditions and http://www.jet2.com/terms respectively. Such holiday shall not constitute a ‘package’ under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 (the “Regulations”) and the Regulations shall not apply, nor shall the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions which relate to the Regulations. Where the holiday booked using the Prize exceeds the value of the voucher it shall be subject to the Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between the Terms and Conditions and the Promotion terms and conditions, the Promotion terms and conditions will take precedence.

8. The Prize and any holiday booked using the Prize is subject to availability. Please note, prize flights are limited on the flights operated by Jet2.com and may be unavailable even if there is general availability on a particular flight.

9. Jet2holidays reserves the right to amend or cancel the flights or holiday for any reason without prior notice (which may include substituting the prize or any element of the prize with alternative dates/property/transfers/destinations at any time, to the equivalent prize value). Please note that the Jet2.com flight schedules are not guaranteed.

10. The Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash. The Winner has no right to request or receive an alternative to the Prize, and the Prize cannot be redeemed for cash or its monetary value, in whole or in part.

11. If the total cost of the holiday that the winner selects totals less than voucher amount, the winner shall not be entitled to the difference and that additional amount shall be forfeited. If the winner would like to choose a holiday which totals more than the voucher amount, they shall be responsible for paying the difference in cost.

12. The holiday booked using the Prize may only be taken by the prize draw winner along with any accompanying passenger(s) notified to Jet2holidays in the relevant booking. Flights must be taken by all passengers at the same time from the same airport. Once you have made your booking this cannot be amended.

13. All passengers must have a valid passport to travel, and must meet all relevant visa and/or other entry requirements including heath or medical requirements or similar.

14. Entrants’ details will be used to administer Prize redemption. Details will be used in accordance with the Jet2holidays privacy policy (see https://www.jet2holidays.com/privacy-policy ).

15. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to a booked holiday or dates of travel, no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw, or for any loss or damage entrants or accompanying passengers suffer as a result of entering the prize draw provided that nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays negligence or for fraud.

16. If a prize is not booked by the applicable date, it will be deemed forfeited and Jet2holidays reserves the right to award a prize to another randomly selected entry.

1. Virgin Experience Days Digital Gift Cards have a 12-month expiry date, starting from the date they are ordered.

2. This will need to be spent on the website www.virginexperiencedays.co.uk before the expiry date and cannot be extended.

3. You can use a gift card to buy multiple experiences, or as part payment for something more expensive than the balance of your gift card.

4. Once you purchase an experience, this experience will come with its own expiration period anywhere between 6-12 months*.

1. The Dining Out Digital Gift Card (“the Gift Card”) may not be exchanged for cash.

2. The Gift Card is not a cheque guarantee, credit, debit or charge card. No change will be given but the balance can be used for future purchases. We will not be held liable for lost or stolen cards - protect this as you would cash.

3. To check the balance of your Gift Card, please visit www.showmybalance.com and follow the simple instructions. A Gift Card is valid for 24 months from the later of the date that any value was last loaded onto the Gift Card, or the date that any value on the Gift Card was last redeemed.

4. The Gift Card is valid at any Mitchells & Butlers venue in the UK. You can search all available venues at www.thediningoutgiftcard.co.uk/.

5. The Gift Card cannot be used (i) to make any online purchase or (ii) at any site not managed by Mitchells & Butlers: please check with your server that the Gift Card can be used at the particular site before ordering.

6. Gift Cards can be purchased with a minimum value of £5, up to a maximum of £500. SMS and email Gift Cards should be treated as cash. If deleted they will not be resent.

7. SMS and email Gift Cards will be free to receive. Digital Gift Cards are valid either presented on a smart phone or printed out.

8. Gift cards can be used multiple times until all of the remaining balance is spent.

(c) contain material that is inappropriate, indecent, obscene, hateful, tortious, defamatory, slanderous or libellous; or

(d) contain material that promotes bigotry, racism, hatred or harm against any group or individual or promotes discrimination based on race, gender, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age; or

(e) contain material that is unlawful, in violation of or contrary to the laws or regulations in any state where the post is created.

3. When entering the prize draw entrants will be invited to opt in to receiving marketing from Jet2holidays and/or Harvester, Toby Carvery, and Stonehouse. If entrants choose to opt in, their details will be retained by Jet2holidays and/or Harvester, Toby Carvery, and Stonehouse for the purposes as set out in their respective privacy policies (which may include activities such as passing on information about deals, offers and promotion codes from Jet2holidays and Toby Carvery, Stonehouse and Harvester (as applicable)).

4. To enable us to use entries as widely as possible entrants agree that any intellectual property rights in their entries (and any accompanying material) will belong to us and entrants waive any rights they have in relation to their entry and any accompanying material. At our request entrants must sign any documents to assign the rights to us. Entrants also agree that we may decide at our discretion how their submitted material may be used from time to time (which may include entrants’ photo where they have submitted one).

5. Jet2holidays may in its absolute discretion change these terms and conditions or extend the prize draw without notice at any time. Jet2holidays may cancel a prize draw without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control.

6. Where Jet2holidays makes any changes to the prize (including dates of travel), no compensation or cash equivalent will be available. Jet2holidays and Mitchells & Butlers plc (and its group companies) will not be liable for any cancellations or changes to the prize draw or any prize, or for any loss or damage. Nothing in these terms shall exclude or limit the liability of Jet2holidays or Mitchells & Butlers plc or its group companies in relation to personal injury or death caused by Jet2holidays or Mitchells & Butlers plc’s (or its group companies’) negligence or for fraud.

7. If any person enters or attempts to enter the prize draw in a manner which Jet2holidays determines is: (a) contrary to these terms; (b) by its nature is inconsistent with the spirit of the prize draw; and/or (c) unjust to other participants, then such person may be disqualified from the prize draw at Jet2holidays' sole discretion and may be required to return any prizes already awarded. This may include without limitation participation by professional competitors, tampering with the operation of the prize draw, cheating, hacking, deception or any other actions which disadvantage (or are intended to disadvantage) other participants, Mitchells & Butlers plc, Toby Carvery, Harvester, Stonehouse, and/or Jet2holidays. Where Jet2holidays determines that any actions have impaired the prize draw, Jet2holidays may, at its sole discretion take such steps as it deems reasonable to resolve any problems arising from such actions, including:

(a) repeating or adding further stages to the prize draw; or

(b) in the event of disqualification, awarding the prize to a/other runner(s) up, another entry drawn at random or the next entry with the highest number of votes (as applicable).
