Our partnership with Social Bite
We´ve been working with Social Bite since 2020, joining them on their mission to end homelessness by providing homes, jobs, food and support to empower people to transform their lives. Each year they give out over 150,000 items of food and drink, place people into supported employment through their Jobs First programme and provide safe places to call home through accommodation projects like The Social Bite Village.
The Festival of Kindness 2025
At Toby Carvery, we're proud to be known as the Home of the Roast, bringing families together over hearty meals. Last year, through The Festival of Kindness, we collectively raised over £917,000, providing 183,400 Christmas dinners to those facing homelessness across the UK. This support also extended to accommodation, long-term housing, and employment projects for individuals sleeping rough.

Fundraising to End Homelessness with Social Bite
The Big Sleep Out 2025
Throughout 2025, our teams have taken on a number of fundraising challenges, including the incredible 100 Mile Challenge, all in support of those who need it most.
But the event we’re most proud of is The Big Sleep Out. Team members from across the Toby family, along with our brilliant partners, came together in Central London for a night under the stars. We did it to stand in solidarity with people affected by homelessness and to raise vital funds for projects that help people find a way out of it.
Thanks to the amazing efforts of everyone involved, over 400 people took part and together we’ve already raised an incredible £42,000 (and counting)!
Because when we pull together, great things really do happen.
