Our Commitment & Standards

We are committed to ensuring that our website does not discriminate unlawfully against persons with disabilities in accordance with our obligations under the Equality Act 2010. What We’ve Done So Far

Integrated Processes

Wherever possible, we have included simplified features to make our content available to anyone who is using assistive technology or might otherwise find the standard features difficult to use. We’ve also built accessibility checks directly into the design and development of our digital products and services. All new features and updates are designed to meet the WCAG 2.2 level AA standards from day one.

Audits

We have conducted an audit of our digital services to identify barriers and create a roadmap of improvements.

Training

We provide ongoing accessibility training to our design, development, and content teams to ensure they have the skills to maintain these standards.

Where We Are Improving

Some sections of our website may contain older pages or legacy documents that may not yet be fully accessible.

We are currently prioritising the update of these older sections and focusing on:

·        Regular audits to catch issues

·        Increased awareness training for all staff members who contribute to our digital services
